With planning for millennium celebrations drawing near, demand for sparkling wine and champagne is sure to increase, if it hasn't already. Indeed, reports from retailers around the country are that high-end sparklers are in short supply. Even so, there will still be plenty of bubbly around, we believe, so that consumers and retailers can make the most of millennium parties and other celebratory events around the upcoming holidays.
