DENVER, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Ascent Entertainment Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAL) today announced the resignations of two members of its Board of Directors, Peter Barton and James A. Cronin, III. Mr. Cronin is also ending his tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer effective as of today. Mr. Cronin will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Ascent's majority-owned subsidiary, On Command Corporation (Nasdaq: ONCO).
