For Diabetics, New Approach to Pain Free Self-Monitoring

UNION CITY, Calif., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Kumetrix, Inc., a privately held medical device company, today announced that it has received a $100,000 Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant from the National Science Foundation. The funds will be used to further develop the company's painless blood glucose monitoring device for diabetics.
