BOSTON, Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- A Natick man and former Newton police officer was charged in federal court today in connection with possession of child pornography.
United States Attorney Donald K. Stern and Alan Therrien, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the New England Field Office of the U.S. Customs Service, announced that LEO F. DOWNING, JR., age 53, of 116 May Street, Needham, Massachusetts, was charged in a one count information filed in federal court in Boston today with possession of child pornography.
