Would you like to change the quality of your life? You can do that by changing some of your behaviors.
All of us, without exception, have something about our own actions we need to change.
For example, do you spend a lot of time reacting to others? Do you waste precious time idly chatting on the phone? Do you keep getting into the same old arguments with your co-workers?
