Suez-Lyonnaise des Eaux, Groupe Arnault, Rallye Casino, BNP Paribas, Francarep (part of the Rothschild Group) and FirstMark Communications Europe have formed a Franco-American consortium(a) to respond to the invitation from the Authority for Telecommunications Regulation (ART) to tender for the establishment and operation of wireless local loop licences provisioned by broadband radio, published on 30th November 1999 by the French authorities.
