Zing, Inc., the complete picture network and the Internet's largest photography community, today announced it has agreed to acquire FotoNation, Inc., the global leader in providing digital photography connectivity software. The Millbrae, California-based company will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zing. The transaction is expected to be complete by March 2000.
