THOMASVILLE, N.C.-Thomasville Furniture Industries and its Highland House division have signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Harrods of Knightsbridge, the venerable British department store, to produce a furniture collection.

The collection of approximately 50 pieces will include upholstery and case goods based on designs from the Harrods' archives. The upholstery will be manufactured in the United States while case goods will be imported.

Highland House will launch the Harrods Fine Furniture Collection at the October 2000 High Point market.
