ATLANTA, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AG) a worldwide designer, manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, today reported net sales of $597.7 million and a net loss, excluding nonrecurring expenses, of $11.9 million, or $.20 per share, for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 1999. Including nonrecurring expenses recorded in the fourth quarter of $24.5 million, or $.26 per share, the Company incurred a net loss of $27.3 million, or $.46 per share.
