At the last Board meeting we welcomed new officers and Board of Directors members to our group. Our new senior vice president is Mike Roney, general manager-engineering, Canadian Pacific.

We had three new vice presidents elected to the Board and one appointed to fill a vacancy left by a resignation. Walt Heide, former assistant chief engineer at Conrail and now senior director, roadway equipment and vehicles at Amtrak is our vice president track. Ray Tallent, process engineer-track, Norfolk Southern, is vice president structures, and Rich Keller, chief engineer, Montana Rail Link, is vice president engineering services.
