TOLEDO, Ohio, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Owens-Illinois, Inc., (NYSE: OI) today announced the acquisitions of Colombian glass container manufacturer Compania Nacional de Vidrios, S.A., (Conalvidrios) and Peruvian glass container manufacturer Cia. Manufacturera de Vidrio del Peru Ltda., S.A. (CMVP).
