Luz da Amazonia, a consortium formed by Inepar and the Italian Enel, appealed against from the decision of Aneel, the Brazilian electricity energy agency, to declare the consortium Schahin/Alusa winner of thetender to erect and manage the power transportation line Tucuruvi-Vila do Conde grant, in the State of Para. According to Luz da Amazonia, the tender organizer had disqualified the winner consortium. Besides, Luz da Amazonia said that the Schahin/Alusa's proposition was technically deficient, as the power transportation line was not properly specified.
