PETAH TIKVA, ISRAEL -- ECI Telecom Ltd. (NASDAQ/NM symbol: ECIL) announced today the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase WavePacer, the Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) business unit of Pulse Communications Inc. ECI Telecom expects that the new acquisition will lead to additional penetration and presence in key accounts in North America, as well as an enhanced xDSL product portfolio.
