HYDERBAD, Feb 9 Asia Pulse - Discussions were on to pursue the US$5 billion dollar gas pipe line project that would allow gas to be supplied to India from the Persian Gulf by a pipeline from sea or land, according to consul general of the Islamic Republic Of Iran, Ali Nikan Ghomi.
An official delegation from India would be leaving for Iran soon as a follow-up for the visit to New Delhi by a delegation from Iran two weeks ago to have discussions on laying of the proposed gas pipe line from Iran to India, Ghomi, who took over as the consul general of Iran in Hyderabad recently, told reporters here today.
