New Board Committees Formed

MEXICO CITY, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- TV Azteca, S.A. de C.V. (NYSE: TZA; BMV: TVAZTCA), one of two broadcast television companies in Mexico, announced today that its new Board of Directors, took office as part of its previously announced corporate governance initiative.

In a meeting yesterday, the Board approved the following four committees, each with a majority of Independent Directors:

Counsel to Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, and President of Global
