Feb. 8--Those selling insurance might not agree on whether the best insurance is one with a combined death benefit/cash value, but they agree on whether people should carry life insurance.
"Definitely, if you've got someone who depends on your income or support, you need life insurance," said Lori Evers, director of product marketing and training for the Aid Association for Lutherans.
Byron Udell, president of Accuquote.com, a Northbrook, Ill.-based Internet independent life insurance agency, agrees.
"This is something that if you care about your family, you do it," he said.
