Top Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said Wednesday that deadlocked peace negotiations with Israel will resume only after Israel responds to three Palestinian questions.
Erekat told journalists in the West Bank town of Ramallah that he submitted the questions to the Israelis during his meeting Saturday night meeting with his Israeli counterpart, Oded Eran, and U.S. peace envoy Dennis Ross at the residence of the U.S. ambassador to Israel.
He said the first question had to do with what he called a "time ceiling" for implementation of the third phase of Israeli redeployment in the West Bank, which he stressed was "the most ...
