In a recent study, researchers from Saudi Arabia conducted a study to demonstrate the costs and benefits of screening and vaccinating varicella-susceptible health care personnel at a general hospital with live attenuated varicella-zoster virus vaccine.
A. A. Kader and colleagues from Almana General Hospital, Saudia Arabia, screened health care workers at Almana General Hospital, Al-Khubar, Dammam, for varicella-zoster antibody by indirect fluorescent antibody.
