BRAMPTON, Ont. and SAN JOSE, California, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ - Nortel Networks (NYSE/TSE: NT) and Clarify Inc. (NASDAQ: CLFY) announced today that Clarify has called a meeting of its stockholders on March 16, 2000, to consider the acquisition of Clarify by Nortel Networks. The record date for the meeting is February 10, 2000.
