The European Commission has just issued a new call for applications under the ALURE energy cooperation programme between the EU and Latin America. The main objective of ALURE is to strengthen the EU's economic presence, promoting business links, in a vibrant growth sector and to contribute providing Latin American institutions and utilities with the best practices in order to respond effectively and efficiently to the growth in demand for energy.
