Brazil: The Folha de Pernambuco group acquired last Friday the Jornal de Brasilia newspaper for an amount of between R$10mil and R$19mil. Jornal de Brasilia's circulation is estimated at between 12,000 and 15, 000 copies, but Folha de Pernambuco aims to increase that to 60,000 ones within a year.
