Californians, bellwethers of the national zeitgeist, are worried sick about their healthcare.
The issue will play a major role in how people vote in the March 7 presidential primary, a new poll suggests. And of all the 16 state primaries on that day, delegate-rich California is the prize that all candidates covet most.
But the primary is just the start. During the next eight months California's star turn in presidential politics is going to give its residents a lot of leverage to bring healthcare front and center on the national agenda.
