Article: Arimax Named N.Y.C. Tobacco Authority Financial Adviser.(Brief Article)

New York City's Tobacco Settlement Asset Securitization Corp. announced yesterday it has appointed Arimax Financial Advisors Inc. as its new financial adviser.

Meanwhile, in a separate announcement yesterday, Mayor Rudolph Giuliani promoted Robert M. Harding, the head of the office responsible for issuing that debt, to become deputy mayor for economic development and finance.

Arimax will replace Public Resources Advisory Group -- the city's own financial adviser -- which had worked on TSASC's initial $680 million tobacco bond sale in November. Arimax's term as financial adviser is expected to last two years.
