BARAKA DORSEY STARTED OFF ON THE TRADITIONAL ROUTE IN his job search. Formerly a designer with the Web magazine Windows, Dorsey diligently read the Sunday New York Times classifieds. He considered hiring a headhunter and he pursued the recruitment agencies.
