SOMERVILLE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 2000
HomeRuns.com, which received a $100 million investment and recapitalization in February from the Cypress Group, a New York-based private equity firm, announced today it will open a new general office in Burlington, Massachusetts, to house its corporate headquarters, general administration and roll-out teams. This move to Burlington is part of the overall strategy to open 20 new sites within the next 36 months. The company announced it is also adding more than 50 new positions to its corporate staff.
