Commences Operations at St. John, New Brunswick Call Center
RMH Teleservices, Inc. (Nasdaq NMS:RMHT) today announced the planned opening of a new call center and quality control center in Sarnia, Ontario.
These centers, which together will encompass 43,000 square feet, are expected to be fully operational within 90 days.
The new call center will accommodate 200 workstations and will employ approximately 400 people. The 100-seat quality control center, which will generate about 200 jobs, will monitor service quality for RMH Teleservices' call centers in both the US ...
