Farm Frites Poland S.A. was founded in Lebork (a small city in the country's north) in 1994 by two Dutch potato processing firms, Aviko B.V. and Farm Frites B.V., along with Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan.
The result of the investment is one of the most modern factories in Europe. Occupying an area of seven hectares, it encompasses a fully automatic production line. A complex of modern agricultural farms supplies the plant, and a specialized network of sales agents and distributors is employed.
The company's work force numbers 209 persons, including sales, marketing and factory employees. The crew is very young, averaging 32 years in age.
