Liberal Democratic Party of Russia leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky has been registered for his third presidential campaign following a 6 March decision by the Supreme Court's appeals chamber. The Central Electoral Commission had excluded Zhirinovsky from the race after finding he failed to declare a small apartment belonging to his son, and the Supreme Court had denied Zhirinovsky's first appeal.
