A Prince George's County developer wants to build a massive complex including offices, apartments, a hotel and a theater at the Prince George's Plaza Metro stop.
The project would double the size of his office park, the Prince George's Metro Center on the northeast corner of East-West Highway and Belcrest Road, an intersection where shopping developers are laying their own plans for large new development.
The developer, Herschel Blumberg, said he is about two weeks from filing a concept plan with Prince George's County and the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission staff.
