DIG Europe Launches With 11 Founding Members to Support and Develop Worldwide Standards
The Digital Imaging Group (DIG), a consortium of the digital imaging industry members launched back in 1997, has taken what they are calling a major step towards its goal to establish truly worldwide standards by expanding its global presence into Europe. Launching with the simultaneous support of 11 founding members, DIG Europe will provide opportunities for the DIG to work with the European Commission (EC) and potentially partner on some EC programs.
