A muesli package launched last Fall in Norway for Regal Molle's Bajas cereal is notable for what it does not contain: It has no inner bag. Instead, it relies solely on Stora Enso Packaging Boards' Performa Barr multilayer board for product protection. It comprises up to an 8-layer structure that includes a barrier layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol or polyamide.
