Two new glass bottling/labeling lines, running at 170 bpm, expand the edible oil operations at Borges in Spain.
Tucked away in the picturesque countryside of northeastern Spain, the expansive plants of Aceites Borges Pont, S.A., in Tarrega, turn out more than a half-million liters of edible oils each day. Much of that production is bottled in polyethylene terephthalate bottles that are blow-molded onsite or canned for domestic consumption. Another 19 million liters are exported to 70 different countries, including the U.S. where they're sold by Star Fine Foods, Fresno, CA.
