JUST because it's winter doesn't mean gardening is off the agenda, especially if you've got houseplants. Too many people think you just stick them in a pot on top of the telly and forget them.
Well they needn't take up too much of your time but they do need attention.
The very description "house plants" is misleading because houses are not natural homes for any of them. Most of the beautiful foliage plants, like figs and crotons, are from hot and humid rain forests while others, like cyclamen and azaleas in the wild, are native to quite cool places.
