ISN'T it amazing, in these days of advanced technology and miraculous medicines, that people still believe in cures and charms?
And isn't it even more amazing that doctors with extensive experience sometimes tell their patients to go and get the cure? What gives?
Are the doctors mad? Are their patients mad?
If the man with `the cure' for rheumatism is genuine, why isn't he over on Harley Street making a fortune?
Like most things in life it is all fairly complicated and you really have to study medicine, sociology, psychology, anthropology ...
