JOE Rice insists he's not crazy. An astute businessman, Rice this week turned his talents to the Board of Ards football club. He has no previous ties with the north-Down outfit and only several weeks ago cut his links with Newry Town after three successful years.
But while many will ask what anyone with financial clout would want with Irish League football, Rice describes it as "a labour of love."
