ENTERING the legal profession the ILEX way is flexible and open to mature students, as well as young people with a minimum GCSE requirement of four passes at A to C level.
Lesley Coleman is typical of those who have become legal executives at a later age.
Now a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives, having passed the final examination in June 1998, she entered as a mature student at the age of 38.
