Mar. 17--Gina McIntosh describes her credentials as a pet groomer as 22 years experience with TLC.
Now she and her husband, Fred, have put that experience into practice at Puppy Cuts, a new pet styling salon in a former insurance office building at 2602 N. Elizabeth St.
They decided on their own business because, as newlyweds, they wanted to work together. McIntosh had been working on heating and air conditioning for Pueblo County; she had thought of herself as retired.
They opened Puppy Cuts two weeks ago. McIntosh does the shampoos and blow-dries. She does the styling.
