A SCIENTIST has invented a "healthy cigarette" laced with vitamins which he claims will reduce the risks of smoking.
Biologist Richard Kendall, himself a smoker, believes they could take the tobacco industry by storm.
But his work has stirred up controversy among pro and anti-smoking lobbies.
Dr Kendall, from Leeds, says his new wonder cigarette lets smokers ingest a combination of folic acid and vitamins C and B12 through the filter tip.
