Mar. 21--The tiny Armada Rubber Manufacturing Co. has little in common with giant Delphi Automotive Systems Corp. Armada's 70 employees turn out rubber pieces for autos in Macomb County. Delphi's 201,000 employees make almost every auto part there is in nearly 200 factories spread around the globe.
But these days, auto parts makers large and small are united in a common concern over the role of the Internet in the component procurement process.
