ENGLAND reject Mark Ramprakash launched a bitter attack on the selectors last night after being dropped from the squad to tour South Africa.
The Middlesex captain blasted: "I've been made a scapegoat.
"The selectors say they think I need a rest. No-one asked me if I wanted a rest. I want to score centuries for England."
Ramprakash finished top of England's Test batting averages on the last two winter tours.
He said: "After all the calls for change, it looks like my name has come out of the hat. I'm not happy about it.
