The Prime Minister set his sights yesterday on ending Labour's "unfinished business" by winning a second term of office.
In his keynote conference speech, Mr Blair rallied the party faithful to create a "model 21st century nation" based not on class but "equal worth of all". Hailing his party as "the new progressive force in British politics", he urged them to make the coming century one dominated by Labour, not the Conservatives.
