ETHAN ALLEN opened the virtual doors on its newly redesigned web site, ethanallen.com, on Jan. 18.
Ethan Allen has been working on a comprehensive Internet strategy for the past nine months and the launch represents Phase 1 of the company's overall Internet plan.
"Our new web initiative offers us two key opportunities," says Farooq Kathwari, CEO of Ethan Allen. "A business-to-business channel that will streamline the communication between our plants, stores and service centers and a business-to-consumer channel that will bring our brand and our products to millions of consumers who may have never visited an Ethan Allen store before."
