"When the alarm goes off, someone's in trouble and needs our help. Whether it is a bonfire gone out of control or a big house fire, it doesn't make a difference, they are all equally important, and it's our job to help them."
Anthony Price of Kington, Hereford, is a fire-fighter and, when the alarm goes off, whether night or day, it takes a matter of four minutes before the fire engine pulls out of the station's garage with Mr Price and his crew on it.
