Who would write to a problem page? Not me, after seeing the nation's agony aunts at work.
Some take their job very seriously indeed, but Karen Krizanovich isn't one of them.
"We're the modern-day eqivalent of hucksters, snake-oil salesmen," declared the bold Karen. "And we get money for old rope.
