Puerto Ventanas, a subsidiary of Gener, is to acquire 100% on Pacsa (Petroleos, Asfaltos y Combustibles) in a deal worth US$46mil. The move will be discussed in a shareholders meeting by early April, and is part of a strategy from Ventanas to diversify income and improve synergy among its assets.
