AMERICAN REPUBLIC BANCORP DECLARES 10 PERCENT STOCK DIVIDEND
TORRANCE, Calif., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of American Republic Bancorp (NASDAQ: ARBC) today approved a 10 percent stock dividend on its common shares.
The dividend will be paid Nov. 30 to shareholders of record Nov. 18. Stockholders will receive one additional share for each 10 shares held on the record date and cash in lieu of fractional shares. There are currently 1,287,360 shares of common stock outstanding.
