Q MY 15-month-old pet chinchilla has "funny turns" once or twice a week. His head drops, he loses control of his front legs and his body shakes all over. It lasts for a couple of minutes, and then he's fine again. What is happening and how can I prevent it? - Carol Bruce, Long Buckby, Northants.
