pounds 100THE Sports Council are sooner or later going to have to realise that they cannot go on refusing to recognise darts as a sport.
They seem to think darts has a down-market image and is played by overweight layabouts who do nothing but guzzle down lager all day long.
This is not true - to master darts takes great skill and hours of practice.
It seems bizarre that the Sports Council recognise activities such as motorcycle racing, boxing and kick boxing, where people are killed or seriously injured every year, but are still refusing to ...
