DIOGENES SYSTEMS TO ACQUIRE INTERNATIONAL PLANNING & COMMUNICATIONS
LOS ALTOS, Calif., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Diogenes Systems Inc. (OTC), with headquarters in Los Altos, today said it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire International Planning & Communications Inc., Santa Barbara, Calif., a diversified financial services company specializing in financial public relations and financial publishing.
Terms of the all-stock transaction, expected to close before the year-end, were not disclosed.
