PRINCESS Margaret flew home to Britain yesterday looking frail and weak after her stroke.

She used a wheelchair to reach her jet in Barbados and was unceremoniously lifted aboard in a galley food hoist.

When she arrived in London the Queen's 67-year old sister walked stooping from her chauffeur- driven Mercedes into the King Edward VII hospital, ignoring wellwishers in the street.

Yesterday a Kensington Palace spokesman said: "The princess is expected to remain at the hospital into next week while further tests and treatment ...
